Dear readers, 2 weeks have passed and this Thursday will be Achievers Toastmasters Club meeting again.
Following last week's announcement, the meeting will be held at the 5th floor, conference room.
(Directions : Take the life up to the 5th floor, and it is on your right.)

The passing over of the president's position

13/1/2011 was indeed a memorable date for Achievers Toastmasters Club.
Teik Poh stepped down as the president, allowing E-Jiat to take over, to learn, to be a better leader.

The meeting was a fruitful one. Toastmasters present that night were able to see the Roasting by Teik Poh, and the speech on Accepting an Award by E-Jiat.
For the other assignment speakers, Shu Zian gave an insight for the members on how to evaluate to uplift the speaker, Jessica & Jie En broke the ice and introduced themselves, Jane talked about Fast philosophy in our life, Wanying about Coffee & Poh Chen on how to face an interview.
All the speeches were high in quality & I really can't wait for their next speech.

By the way, Achievers Toastmasters Club's meetings will be held at the 5th floor conference room starting next week. Hope to see you all there!!

Meeting 13/1/2011

GOOD NEWS!! Achievers Toastmasters Club have moved. Our meeting will be held at Room C, 2nd floor of YMCA. Turn to the right when you come out from the lift. Its bigger, its more comfortable & everyone of us will get to sit!!

If you have forgotten when Achievers Toastmasters Club have their meeting, it is on the 2nd and 4th Thursday at 8-10pm.
